Prevention of Covid-19 Outbreak by Authorities in Malaysia Viewed from Fiqh Al-Ma’al Perspective

Malaysia is among the countries with most citizens inflicted by covid-19 outbreak in Southeast Asia early phase of year 2020, however persistent efforts performed Authorities especially Ministry Health has succeeded constraining this disease its people. Nevertheless, preventive measures done raised several questions people particularly if viewed from fiqh al-ma’al perspective. This article aims to explain on for taken Methodology was based qualitative study. Data were collected document analysis referring books related Islami, kaedah-kaedah fiqh, usul al-ma’al, contemporary books, current fatwas, journal articles and authorised websites. abalysed elaborated through inductive, deductive comparative methods gain appropriate results alignment determined research objectives. study found that executed do comply those are right track according fiqh. It clearly invites great maslahah (benefits) On account that, it hoped Malaysian not need worry instead they should keep supporting sincere until chain spread can ultimately be broken.
